Shipping Costs

Standard UK Delivery under £1000 - £40

Free UK Delivery on orders over £1000

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged.  We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.  Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away.  If there is any delay such as an item which is on back order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

 

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will usually be dispatched within 1-7 working days.  This time may be longer if orders are placed over bank holiday periods.  We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.  If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at customercare@nerolifurnishings.co.uk.

Please allow up to 21-28 working days delivery on Cane-Line products due to size.

Please allow up to 14 working days on Garden Trading products due to size.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original condition and in its original packaging. We will not make any refund if a product has been altered in any way (e.g., wire/chain cut etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Outlet or special order products are not eligible for returns.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, you are welcome to use our hassle-free returns service where we will arrange the collection and return for you, charges will apply. The cost of return will vary depending on the size and type of product being returned and the required service, if you would like to know the cost of a return, please contact us.

Returns received after the 14-day period may not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
