Where's my order?

If its been 5 days since you received your confirmation email and you do not have a tracking email from us then please email us at customercare@nerolifurnishings.co.uk and we will look into this further for you.

I didn't get a confirmation email

If you have placed an order and have not received a confirmation email please contact us at customercare@nerolifurnishings.co.uk.

How long will it take to receive my delivery?

We process orders within 3-5 working days.  You will then receive a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped in order for you to track it.

What are your shipping costs?

We charge £25 to ship items under £500.  Items £500 and over will be free of charge to ship to you.

Can I return an item?

Yes, we have a 14 day returns policy.  Terms and conditions apply.  Please refer to our full Returns Policy.

Do you offer Personal Shopping?

When will my product be back in stock?

Any products that we know to be coming back into stock will have a Pre-order button, and will state on the product page when they are expected.  Any items that are labelled as Out of Stock are items that we do not have estimated restocking dates for.
